1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of futureplumbers.com and any services or products you purchase from Future Plumbers Ltd (“Future Plumbers”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Website services

Future Plumbers builds custom websites for plumbers and heating engineers. Specific project scope, timeline, price, and deliverables are agreed in a separate written proposal before work begins. These general terms apply to all website projects.

• —A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project start. The balance is due on completion before the site goes live.
• —We retain copyright on all code and design until final payment is received, at which point full IP transfers to you.
• —You are responsible for supplying accurate content, photos, and information. Delays caused by late content supply may push back the agreed timeline.
• —We make one round of revisions included in the agreed price. Additional revision rounds are charged at our current day rate.
• —Care plan subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

3. Digital products (courses and guides)

Courses and PDF guides are delivered digitally via Lemon Squeezy after purchase.

• —Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless the product is materially defective.
• —You may use the content for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access with others.
• —Course video content is hosted on Vimeo. We cannot guarantee third-party platform availability.
• —If a product is genuinely defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

4. Instalment payments

Website projects may be paid in monthly instalments over 12 months at 0% interest, administered via Stripe. You authorise Future Plumbers to charge the agreed instalment amount to your saved payment method on the same date each month. Missed payments will result in work being paused and access to the completed site being suspended until arrears are cleared.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including copy, design, images, and code — is owned by or licensed to Future Plumbers Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission, except for sharing individual blog articles with attribution and a link back to the original.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• —We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of our services.
• —Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.
• —We make no warranty that a website we build will achieve specific search rankings, conversion rates, or revenue targets — these depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this website or our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
